Alicia Frazier Whitis

Alicia has been teaching Group Fitness classes for over 8 years. Two years ago she came to Jackson Sport and Fitness to overhaul and rebuild the entire Group Fitness program. It has grown to include 50 classes a week and have classes 7 days a week.

The program now has classes for all level participants from beginner to advanced.

Alicia has a BA in Spanish and teaches high school Spanish. She is certified in Group Fitness, Personal Training, Yoga, Silversneakers, Pilates and Cycling.
